Losing my mother was very hard and I thought there could not be anything more painful than that. I was so wrong. She was my best friend and she had a heart of gold and as large as this universe. I miss her and I have no words to describe that feeling. And like I said, we are all grateful for having had her presence and her unconditional love. ❤️😢

I was wondering how you were doing. 💕

Thank you for writing this piece, I’m sure it was very difficult.

I loved hearing about your daughter. She sounds remarkable.

Sending a lot of love and comfort across the ocean from New Zealand.

Hanging in here. Fighting the tears and battling with unanswered existential questions. It's like I know the answers yet I keep asking. She was amazing and I know all parents think that but honestly from all my children she was totally different and much kinder and very compassionate.

Thank you for your love. I do feel it even from New Zealand. Sending you lots of love and Peace and the very best that Life has to offer you in 2024. ❤️❤️

What a beautiful tribute to your daughter. New York Times contributor Margaret Renkl, writes about the “grieving season” in the opinion section of the paper today, but I imagine the grief of losing a child is a season that never changes.
